Ethics and Integrity Training

Course Summary

This course discusses the meaning of ethics and its importance in the workplace. It also highlights the relationship between workplace ethics and the productivity of an organization in the long run.  Exciting case studies and dilemma cases will be given to participants for a healthy argument in a group.

It is an In-house training and also conducted at our Trident Hall upon request with a minimum of 5 participants. The schedule can be discussed.

Lesson 1: Introduction to ethics.

Lesson 2: Importance of workplace ethics.

Lesson 3: Correlation between workplace ethics and productivity.

Lesson 4: Code of ethics policy at the workplace.

Lesson 5: Examples of ethical and unethical actions at the workplace.
