This Intrapreneurship & Innovation Training is designed to empower employees to think and act like entrepreneurs within their organizations, driving innovation and business growth from within. Tailored for employees transitioning into leadership roles, managing new business segments, or spearheading innovation initiatives. The course provides a deep dive into the principles and practices of intrapreneurship with a comprehensive understanding of how to leverage entrepreneurial thinking to solve problems, identify market gaps, and create new value propositions aligned with the organization’s strategic goals. The training will cover essential frameworks such as: Market Evaluation & Strategy, Business Model Innovation, Value Proposition and Feasibility, Pitching and Securing Resources.

It is an In-house training and also conducted at our Trident Hall upon request with a minimum of 5 participants. The schedule can be discussed.
