Chandran Sadyan

Chandran Sadyan is a passionate entrepreneur and an HRD Corp accredited trainer with more than 15 years of experience in business ventures, investments and equities trading. He is also a certified business coach from UMCCed (UM) who focuses on coaching entrepreneurs and individuals to be successful in their ventures. He is enthusiastic about leading new entrepreneurs to embark on successful businesses by guiding, training, coaching, consulting and monitoring their existing or growing businesses. His signature training mainly explores in the field of entrepreneurship, leadership, workplace ethics and integrity, finance for non-finance executives and business coaching. As an NLP practitioner, he believes a training should be trainee-centered and contents must engage the participants to acquire knowledge by sharing facts, statistics, current trends and personal experiences. Each of his training is bundled with action-oriented contents, visually appealing slides, rewarding games, interactive discussions, and a variety of props that make the whole training an entertaining platform that helps to achieve the learning outcomes.

With a solid foundation in entrepreneurship and corporate training, Chandran has over one decades of experience empowering professionals and aspiring entrepreneurs.

Since 1998, Chandran has conducted a wide range of training programs, sharing his insights into diverse topics, including strategic entrepreneurship, workplace ethics, financial management, stock market, cryptocurrency and personal financing. His training programs on “Investing – An Introduction,” “Crypto Basics Mastery,” and “Strategic Value Investing” have been highly valued by participants looking to strengthen their understanding of financial markets. Through his “Financial Mastery” program, he equips individuals with practical financial management skills, empowering them to make informed decisions in personal finance and business.

His academic journey began at Ganesar Tamil School in Serdang Kedah. Then he continued his secondary education at Labu Besar, Kulim. He then moved to Sekolah Menengah St. Joseph in Johor, followed by Maktab Sultan Abu Bakar (English College) in Johor as well. Later, he obtained a BSc. in Physics, at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) Penang, which laid the foundation for his analytical approach to business. Being passionate about entrepreneurial innovation, he pursued and completed his MBA specializing in entrepreneurship at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Johor refining his knowledge and skills to inspire future business leaders.

Chandran Sadyan began his career as a QE Engineer in Prai, Penang, before moving on to work as a Production Engineer (Wafer Fabrication) in Singapore. Later, he transitioned into real estate as a Sales Negotiator. Later he worked in banking sector for a few years before focusing on training, coaching, and investment consultancy. He is an accredited trainer who focuses on entrepreneurial mindset trainings.
